BLOOD­WOOD WEL­COMES NEW MEN­TAL HEALTH WORKER

Last month, Blood­wood Tree was very happy to wel­come our Cul­tural Men­tal Health Worker - Sarah Thomas. Sarah joins our Al­co­hol, Other Drug and Men­tal Health Sup­port Ser­vices team. She re­cently moved from Perth for this po­si­tion and has al­ready in­tro­duced her­self and com­menced as­sist­ing our vul­ner­a­ble and at-risk clients. Her role is im­por­tant within Blood­wood Tree. It will fo­cus on fa­cil­i­tat­ing the con­nec­tion of our clients to lo­cally avail­able ser­vices and sup­ports. Sarah’s po­si­tion is made pos­si­ble through a part­ner­ship Blood­wood Tree has with Mis­sion Aus­tralia - Pil­bara and is part of the In­te­grated Men­tal Health Net­work - Pil­bara. Blood­wood Tree ac­knowl­edges WA Pri­mary Health Ali­iance.
