Neon fright night a hit with families

North West Telegraph - - Halloween - Robert Dougherty

Hedland families have braved lit laser tunnels and frothing foam zones at the Goodline Halloween Neon Fun Run over the weekend.

Participants prepared with glow paint, masks and Halloween costumes in the DJ-entertained warm-up zone at the Town of Port Hedland Civic Centre Gardens on Saturday night.

Neon-runners then navigate the 4km course through a series of “glowtastic” Halloween theme zones such as a laser tunnel, rainbow route of archways, parade of glowing inflatable pillars, skylight road, trick or treat areas, foam zone and haunted house.

The participants were also “ambushed” by neon-lit warriors.
