OUR APPRENTICE says…

Bruce had been struck by how our tall, blonde model, Rio, looked like a young Jerry Hall, so had decided we would take a series of shots that mimicked the style, clothes and poses from early part of her supermodel career in the 1960s and 70s. Our stylist, Kerryn, had been busy over the last week sourcing and borrowing clothes that suited the era. Bruce explained that we would keep the backdrop and the lighting simple, so that we could work quickly and so all the shots would work together. Each outfit was shot at three shot sizes – a long shot, a mid shot and a close-up – which would give a magazine plenty of choice when it came to the design of the fashion feature.
