“For the perfect image, I wait for a storm. The violence of the wind, blinding snow, cold that freezes everything so the landscape becomes naked and everything is wiped out – until you discover, far off, an animal, very still but quite composed. The experience becomes then a lesson in humility in front of these creatures at home in the elements.” Quote from The Masters of Nature Photography, published by the Natural History Museum.
