“After getting a degree in commercial photography, I worked in a photo lab, assisted commercial photographers and finally worked as an industrial photographer for a military computer manufacturer in Los Angeles. The experience assisting other photographers was invaluable; I learned about all the practical matters they can’t teach in college.

In terms of getting my big break, well, I’m still waiting for it! There is still more to accomplish.

My introduction to having my work published came from approaching various types of publishers until a licensing agent contacted me to represent my work. This gave my photography a wider exposure to national and international companies such as Norwich Union (Aviva), doing corporate calendars.”
