Vibration reduction

NPhoto - - Special Feature -

Many Nikon lenses include Vibration Reduction – also known as Optical Stabilisation in some third-party lenses. These lenses include sensors that detect any camera shake and shift a lens element in the opposite direction to that of the shake in order to produce a stable image. Typically, they allow you to get sharp shots at shutter speeds up to four stops slower than recommended, although they have no effect on subject movement.
