I’ve done some training and read the manual, but I just can’t get it all to sink into my head! Any suggestions?
Chris says… Just keep soldiering on John, it will come in the end! As you infer in your email, you have lots of time to get to grips with real photography now that you have retired and bought a D5200. You are doing the right things to help you master ISO, shutter speeds and metering, which you are struggling with at the moment.
We do have a new video course that we have just brought out that may be of some help. It is presented by our contributor Chris Rutter, and called Master
yourNikonD-SLRCamera. It is available as a DVD-ROM (from www.myfavouritemagazines.co.uk/photo) or as an iPhone/ iPad app. It’s great for anyone who struggles with the basics.
