From sports to safaris, Lou’s career is varied – but excellence is a constant
Lou Coetzer is a South African-based safari photographer who began his career as a freelance sports photographer. He also excels at studio photography.
Through his company, CNP Safaris (www.cnpsafaris.com), Lou leads photographic safaris to Botswana, Namibia, South Africa and Kenya, as well as to Alaska.
He developed the world’s first 360-degree revolving photography chair mounted on boats, which his clients use on river safaris.
In 2014, for the 50th Wildlife Photographer of the Year awards, Lou conducted a series of wildlife photography masterclasses at the Natural History Museum, London.
