Rod says… Hi Lori, if you hold down the BKT but­ton on the top of the cam­era, then ro­tate the dial just be­low the LCD dis­play un­til ‘OF’ is shown, that should dis­able it.

Rod says… I’d rec­om­mend 1/500 sec at f/2.8 or f/4 and auto ISO. Make sure you have a de­cent zoom lens, such as the Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II and, if pos­si­ble, use a D-SLR with a high burst rate.
