Nikon D610 £1200/$2000
The D810’s ‘little brother’ is more of the same, but in a smaller, lighter body. The FX sensor is 24.3 megapixels, and the sensitivity range ISO100 to 6400, but as macro and landscape photography don’t normally put pressure on the low-light abilities of a D-SLR, both should be more than acceptable. You could put the extra cash saved towards another lens, making the D610 worth considering over the D810.
