Fair and square
Fairground lights make an ideal subject for a zoom burst. All you have to do for this is use a tripod, set a long exposure time of around a second, then smoothly turn the barrel of your zoom lens during the exposure. To take it further, you could try flipping half the image in Photoshop to create symmetrical art like this square-shaped abstract. Select the area you want with the rectangular Marquee tool, hit Cmd/Ctrl+J to copy it to a new layer, then hit Cmd/Ctrl+T. Drag the central control point to one side of your selection, then right-click and select Flip Horizontal.
