“Use the sports pho­tog­ra­phers’ 1/640th of a sec­ond to freeze the ac­tion. Don’t use very fast shut­ter speeds, such as 1/2000th and above, un­less you want to freeze ab­so­lutely ev­ery­thing in the pic­ture. 1/640th of a sec­ond freezes the rider, but gives move­ment in the wheels.”
