Andy says… “To cap­ture speed you can choose to take one frame in or­der to freeze the ac­tion or to let the mo­tor drive work for you. If you have a very high-speed mo­tor drive (ten frames a sec­ond and above) this tech­nique works well. I still pre­fer to time it, how­ever, and just let off a burst of three or four frames, start­ing with the im­age I want as the first frame.”
