Reaching inside the beds

NPhoto - - Over To You -

When you’re faced with a large flower bed and you have a subject in the middle that you can’t reach, because you’re not meant to walk through the beds, then you need a telephoto lens. (See page 110 for a selection of great telephoto options.) The lens will enable you to capture details at the back of the beds. Using a telephoto is more flexible because it means you don’t have to walk round the bed to get at a flower, you can concentrate on picking your angle and getting the shot you need.
