Driving along the coast, Einar and I spotted a few shags in a harbour. We walked down onto the jetty to look for them, but found three or four eider ducks in a better position. However, the jetty was bobbing up and down, so it was difficult to ensure a stable shooting position. Einar suggested that I use a fast shutter speed to freeze the movement of the jetty. In the end I went for 1/800 sec at f/5.6 in manual mode, which meant that I had to up the ISO to 800 to ensure a correct exposure.
