Pete says... We shot the kitchen later in the day, be­cause the sun­light was too harsh in the morn­ing. Once the sun had gone be­hind the build­ing the light was softer, but dim­mer. The ceil­ing was also low in the kitchen, so the win­dow was small, and it was darker shoot­ing to­wards the win­dow. We had to be more aware of light­ing our shad­ows here than else­where.
