The huge kitchen dining table was stunning; I was impressed as soon as we went into the room, but because it was so long I struggled to get it all in the frame. Pete suggested I crop part of it out and focus instead on the length and breadth of the room. I used the table as a leading line towards the back of the room and included the kettle and toaster to tells us it’s a kitchen. Some of the wall lights didn’t work, so I chose to use only the lights over the table, because their décor was so intricate. Pete put a centrepiece on the table to break up the length of the wood and add interest.
