RESPECTED reel manufacturer Fin-Nor has introduced an new range of saltwater spinning reels.

The entry-level Biscayne reels are built for those who want FinNor’s legendary durability and reliable per- formance but don’t want to spend a fortune to acquire all it has to offer.

The new reels have strong aluminium bodies and side plates, with multi-layer corrosion protection.

The rotors are computer-balanced and the forged-aluminium spools can be used with braid or monofilament lines.

The Biscayne reels have a four ball-bearing system, while a continuous anti-reverse clutch delivers rock-solid hooksets and the carbon-fibre drag system allows smooth operation.

All models have a powerful 4.9:1 gear ratio for fast retrieving.

There are four sizes available, starting from FS50, which holds 205m of 6kg line, perfect for boat, jetty or estuary.
