AU­GUST 18, 2014: Berry Springs lo­cal and Viet­namese farmer Tran Van Lanh, 57, was taken by a croc­o­dile when he waded into the wa­ter to free a lure from a snag on Ade­laide River. Al­bino croc ‘Michael Jackson’ was re­spon­si­ble for the at­tack and was sub­se­quently killed.

JUNE 7, 2014: Bill Scott, 62, was taken by a croc­o­dile while stand­ing at the rear of his moored boat in Kakadu Na­tional Park. He was not hang­ing over the side of the boat when he was at­tacked.

JAN­UARY 26, 2014: A 12year-old boy was taken by a croc­o­dile while swim­ming be­hind Mudg­in­berri out­sta­tion about 20km west of Jabiru. An­other boy, 15, was bit­ten on the arm but es­caped be­fore the croc turned on the other boy in front of friends. AU­GUST 24, 2013:A

croc­o­dile killed Sean Cole, 26, while swim­ming in the Mary River near the Mary River Wilder­ness Re­treat, about half­way be­tween Dar­win and Kakadu Na­tional Park.
