NW - - News in a Flash! -

After announcing their divorce last month, Fergie insisted that she and Josh Duhamel were “great friends... There’s so much love that we have for each other”.

But as the former couple go head-to-head for custody of their son Axl, four, all hope of them playing nice is off the table. And it’s all because of Josh’s rumoured fling with his The Buddy Games co-star Olivia Munn!

“Fergie is way more furious about Josh and Olivia than she’s letting on,” a source tells US Star mag.

“She feels wronged, and she wants to get revenge by getting full custody. But Josh won’t stand for that... it’s going to get ugly.”

However, it seems as though Fergie was anticipating that Josh would react this way, as she’s already upping her game plan.

Yep, while she and Josh had previously kept Axl out of the spotlight, Fergie’s decision to have her son appear in public with her since news of the split – including on a “date night” to see Aladdin on Broadway on September 24 – has some speculating she’s trying hard to show she’s a hands-on mum.

But insiders say it’s actually Josh, 44, who’s been doing the heavylifting while Fergie was busy recording her album Double Dutchess and even now as she’s promoting it.

“Josh has been doing serious daddy duty and spending lots of quality time with Axl, which won’t look good for her,” the source says.

But Fergie, 42, is not letting it rattle her bid to get her boy!

“She’s keeping close tabs on Josh through her spies while she’s on the road [and] has her lawyers gathering all the ammunition they can,” adds the source. “You can bet there will be no shortage of fireworks.”
