Standing in front of her strapping suitor in a fairytale finale in Fiji, Bachelorette Sophie Monk revealed that she’d fallen in love – and wanted to spend the rest of her life with her chosen guy.

But weeks after filming wrapped, and off the back of reports she’s suddenly split from her Bachie bloke, Sophie has revealed to NW that she isn’t sure she made the right decision!

“It’s so tough – I cared about both guys,” she says, admitting that breaking up with her runner-up took a massive toll on her emotionally. “You don’t know if you’re making [the right decision].”

Now, in a heartbreaking confession, Sophie, 37, spills that she’s still not over her second choice!

“Of course not,” Sophie says when we ask if she was able to forget about him and move on. “I care about him – it’s really tough.”

In fact, Soph admits that even up until the moment she made her final decision, she wasn’t entirely certain who was the right bloke for her – Apollo Jackson, 24, Stu Laundy, 44, or Jarrod Woodgate, 32.

“Every day it will change,” she says of who she pictured growing old in Ugg boots with.

And with the pressure on to make a decision, and fast, there’s every chance she could have made the wrong one.

“Soph was stressed, having to pick a guy overnight,” says a source, who names Stu and Jarrod as the clear frontrunners. “It’s not like she knew who she wanted all along and was just dragging the other guys along for a ride – she’s not a robot.”

Since the finale was filmed months ago, Soph’s only caught up with her “Prince Charming” a handful of times. And with all that time apart, she’s had time to think.

“Soph’s happy, but she still asks herself whether she could have been happier,” claims an insider. “She had real feelings for these guys – they all had qualities that she wasn’t prepared to walk away from.”

Further fuelling the fire is a cryptic Instagram picture Soph uploaded from her “time-out trip” to Thailand, with the caption, “When you can’t be with the man you love? Be with your other loves… Oysters! Champagne! Best friends!”

Suspicious fans believe she was alluding to her runner-up.

“It’s pretty strange that there are all these rumours that Soph and her partner have already split, and now she’s talking about not being able to be with

the guy she loves,” says a source. “Read between the lines here…”

Now, with Soph reliving passionate moments as the series airs, her feelings are more muddled than ever.

“She slipped away to Thailand, admitting she didn’t want to watch the series – and this is exactly why!” claims another source, who says there’s a chance that if it truly isn’t working with her number one, Sophie will definitely reach out and see if she has a second shot with the guy she dumped.

Producers are now said to be in crisis mode, concerned that Soph could pull a Blake Garvey and step out with one of the runners-up!

“Jarrod, Stu and Apollo are all successful – they don’t need the fame, and they most definitely don’t need the money,” says a source. “So the chances of them faking a relationship with Soph just to keep up appearances is next to none.”

“And Sophie’s too honest to fake this kind of thing – she’s waited long enough for the right guy to come along.” n

Jarrod says if Soph’s parents don’t approve of him, ‘It’s not a deal-breaker”!

Stu’s said he’d reverse his vasectomy for Sophie!
