No actress knows the benefits of strength straining quite like Gal Gadot. After all, the mum-of-two relied on this type of training to get her into her best shape yet to play Wonder Woman – and if you’ve seen the film, you know she’s sporting one seriously strong bod! And if you need a little encouragement to get lifting, trainer Mark Twight says Gal couldn’t do one pull-up when they first started together – compare that to the six hours of training she was doing each day and the fat she transformed into six kilos of ripped, lean muscle by the end! Ka-pow! “I do cardio, but I don’t like it as much,” Gal, 32, confesses. “I’d rather do weights.”
