Af­ter all, the mum-of-two re­lied on this type of train­ing to get her into her best shape yet to play Won­der Woman – and if you’ve seen the film, you know she’s sport­ing one se­ri­ously strong bod! And if you need a lit­tle en­cour­age­ment to get lift­ing, trainer Mark Twight says Gal couldn’t do one pull-up when they first started to­gether – com­pare that to the six hours of train­ing she was do­ing each day and the fat she trans­formed into six ki­los of ripped, lean mus­cle by the end! Ka-pow! “I do car­dio, but I don’t like it as much,” Gal, 32, con­fesses. “I’d rather do weights.”
