Chrissy Teigen had promised to make a change. Last year, the star confessed that, following the birth of her and John Legend’s daughter Luna in 2016, she was “point-blank just drinking too much. I got used to being in hair and make-up and having a glass of wine. Then that would carry over into me having one before the awards show. And then a bunch at the awards show… I don’t know how to go to an awards show and not drink.”

Even Chrissy’s friends have noticed that she’s often ready for happy hour. She downed shots during a drinking game with host Jimmy Fallon on the September 21 episode of Thetonightshow, and on the September 27 edition of the Goop podcast, Gwyneth Paltrow commented to Chrissy, “I always see you with a cocktail in hand.”

Chrissy quickly shot back, “I know... I swear I’m not always like this. I swear!”

That is true, says the insider. The devoted mum, 32, spends her days caring for Luna, two, and Miles, four months. “She
