It seems Ali G isn’t in da house...

Has Isla Fisher’s marriage to hubby Sacha Baron Cohen hit an unexpected rough patch? Pals have been saying definitely, maybe! Recently, the Aussie actress was spied looking stressed while shopping in West Hollywood with her and Sacha’s daughters Olive, 11, and Elula, eight. And according to NW’S insider, it’s entirely possible that Isla – who also shares son Montgomery, three, with Sacha – is feeling the strain of holding down the fort at home while the Borat actor works on back-toback projects.

“Isla doesn’t really visit Sacha when he’s working... it’s just too hard with school and the kids’ activities,” alleges the source. “But this means she’s often on her own doing it all. It must get tiring.”

Luckily, the Perth-born babe has reliable friends to help ease the load when her hubby, 47, is unable to.

“[Isla] has quite a good friendship circle and has been comforted by pals like Amal Clooney,” declares the insider. “Isla has been incredibly understanding towards Sacha and his career, and knew what she was signing up for. But surely it’s still got to be difficult for her.”

The cute couple – who have been together for 16 years and married since 2010 – have a solid relationship nevertheless, and sources are now whispering that they could relocate back to Australia in an effort to ground themselves.

“I have this secret fantasy of slowing down, moving to Byron Bay, getting off the grid and sitting on the sand with a Vegemite sandwich,” Isla, 42, admitted to Marie Claire magazine recently.

Byron, Sydney or even their own personal, ahem, isle... sounds like Isla and Sacha need the break no matter what the destination is! n

Isla looked downcast as she and Elula did some retail therapy on October 16 Between Elula, Olive and Montgomery, the star has her hands full!
