Super 6 Wrap-Up

GRAHAME BARKER — HOLDEN 48-215 UTE Grahame and Colin Barker’s FX Holden ute not only placed in the Super 6 at MotorEx but also scored Gold in Innovation, Impact and Display, plus Silver in Bodywork, which gave the Barker clan enough points to win the top gong of Grand Master! Known as ‘Special FX’, the ute, which was 20 years in the build, features a smoothed and detailed undercarriage; VS Commodore rear end; custom interior; and supercharged, injected Holden V6 up front. Built with the help of Sydney’s Image Conversions, it has wowed crowds at MotorEx 2017, Summernats 31, and now MotorEx 2018, but the Barkers are now looking forward to racking up the road miles and enjoying their killer Holden.
