When asked to comment on the sexual misconduct allegations currently surrounding disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein and many other Tinseltown residents, Uma Thurman gave a powerful response. The 47-year-old refused to offer a glib soundbite, telling Access Hollywood, ‘I’ve learnt I am not a child and… that when I’ve spoken in anger I usually regret the way I express myself.’ Uma – who’s worked with Harvey seven times over the years – continued: ‘I’ve been waiting to feel less angry – and when I am ready I will say what I have to say.’ Her words have won the actress praise on social media. ‘This gives me chills,’ posted one fan.

Uma starred in 1994’s Pulp Fiction – a Weinstein film ‘She’s been hurt quite badly, you can feel it in this clip,’ one fan speculated
