Those wedding rumours have been picking up speed ever since Prince Harry made his public debut with Meghan Markle in September. But now, for the first time, the bride-tobe herself has opened up about the impending nuptials!

‘Classic and simple is the name of the game,’ spills the star of her dream dress – the surest sign yet that planning is underway. ‘I don’t tend to go with things that are ornate – just beautifully made pieces and some classic jewellery,’ she explains of her style. ‘Let the work speak for itself.’

Meghan spoke about her real-life big day while discussing her legal eagle character Rachel Zane, who is finally set to wed her long-time love Mike Ross (played by Patrick J Adams) in the season seven finale of Suits. But unlike her sassy character, Meghan won’t be donning

any structured meringues. ‘I’m a lot more relaxed than Rachel,’ says the actress.

The TV wedding will obviously be a big moment for the on-screen lovers; but the ceremony will also be a test run of sorts for 36-year-old Meghan, who’s set to announce her engagement to Harry before Christmas.

Though the duo were initially tipped to have an island wedding, palace sources now insist they will take a more traditional route. ‘I can see him wanting to get married at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle,’ reveals one insider, saying the location would ‘give the day a sense of privacy’.

It will also be a big day for family, with Harry’s brother William and his wife Kate’s children, George, four, and Charlotte, two, both set to play major roles in their uncle’s nuptials. There’s also little doubt Wills will be best man, while Kate is likely to serve as bridesmaid – along with Meghan’s long-time gal pals Serena Williams, Priyanka Chopra, Jessica Mulroney and Lindsay Jill Roth.

However, there may be a delay in the plans. With Kate and William, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, expecting their third bub in April, Harry and Meghan’s ‘I do’s may have
