Dead-heat for Isuzu customer care award
CUSTOMER CARE Specialists Garry Francke and Craig Marquis, of Western Australia’s Major Motors and South Australia’s North East Isuzu respectively, have jointly won the 2016 Isuzu Care Award.
Isuzu Australia says the award recognises the Customer Care Specialists (CCS) at Isuzu Truck dealerships Australia-wide who deliver benchmark service and demonstrate the unwavering reliability that has become synonymous with the Isuzu name.
Isuzu Australia director, sales and marketing, Andrew Harbison, says the tied result was surprising, but the excellence Franke and Marquis continually demonstrated meant it was impossible to split them.
“Craig and Garry set high standards for themselves and their teams, and put customers first every time,” Harbison says.
Neither Francke nor Marquis is a stranger to the Customer Care Award podium – Francke won the 2010 award, while Marquis took out the 2015 honours.
