THE RYCO range of commercial vehicle filters continues to expand with the addition of Cummins engine filter kits and Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Gas Filters now added.

Ryco says its increasing Heavy Duty Filter range now provides coverage on filter kits for major Japanese truck brands such as Isuzu, Hino, UD and Fuso, including spin-on and cartridge lube filters.

Ryco adds that its truck applications in the master catalogue, special mini brochure listing and listings online provide easy cross-reference data from the OE part number to Ryco OE quality replacement.

Recent additions to range include filter kits including spin-on lube and fuel filters for Cummins engines ISX EGR, L10, M11, N14 and ISX Non-EGR.

Positive Crankcase Ventilation filters are the most recent addition to the program that Ryco claims meets the requirements of the PCV valve, a calibrated control device by which ‘blow-by gases’ coupled with a charge of fresh air and fuel is directed from the crankcase to the intake manifold for re-burning – thus contributing to emission reduction requirements.

Ryco claims that its new range of PCV filters covers various applications for Isuzu, Fuso and UD trucks meeting the servicing requirements set by the engine manufacturers, which generally require this filter to be changed around 60,000kms or 12 months.
