Cut a 12x9cm piece of blue paper. Layer onto blue card then a white A6 card base.

Die cut four stitched circles from coloured card, in diminishing sizes. Join them together on the reverse with tape, then cut in half to form a rainbow shape. Stick onto the card base.

Die cut three cloud borders from white card and trim to 9cm wide. Leave to one side.

Die cut five balloons from coloured card. Stamp and heat emboss each one to spell out ‘hello’. Attach white thread for the balloon strings.

Build up the scene as shown; layering the clouds and the balloons onto the base, covering the ends of the rainbow and tucking the ends of the strings into the clouds. For extra dimension, use sticky foam pads for one cloud layer. To finish, add blue adhesive gems in two of the corners of the card.
