Afive-bedroom house in Cranebrook has sold for $1.6 million after receiving more than 3500 online views.
The property at 78 Kenilworth Cres also had more than 40 inspections and was on the market for just over a week.
The buyers were a young family from Blacktown who were attracted to the presentation of the property and its classic styling.
Selling agent Steve Thomas of LJ Hooker Penrith said the interest in the property was incredible.
“It just had everything,” he said.
The house, on a 5500sq m block, featured an outside entertaining area and peaceful location. The buyers beat out two other parties.

There were 78 groups through a five-bedroom house in Regentville, which sold for $1.352 million.
The property at 20 Gibbes St, sold to a family from Penrith, who were looking for a knockdown but fell in love with the house.
Andrew Reeves of One Agency Reeves Properties sold the house with Elizabeth Spanos and said that the location and layout were its biggest selling factors.
Regentville has recorded a number of $1 million sales in the past few months, Mr Reeves added.
