Peace­ful Crane­brook lo­ca­tion lures young fam­ily

Afive-bed­room house in Crane­brook has sold for $1.6 mil­lion af­ter re­ceiv­ing more than 3500 on­line views.

The prop­erty at 78 Ke­nil­worth Cres also had more than 40 in­spec­tions and was on the mar­ket for just over a week.

The buy­ers were a young fam­ily from Black­town who were at­tracted to the pre­sen­ta­tion of the prop­erty and its clas­sic styling.

Sell­ing agent Steve Thomas of LJ Hooker Pen­rith said the in­ter­est in the prop­erty was in­cred­i­ble.

“It just had every­thing,” he said.

The house, on a 5500sq m block, fea­tured an out­side en­ter­tain­ing area and peace­ful lo­ca­tion. The buy­ers beat out two other par­ties.

LO­CALS FALL IN LOVE WITH GEM

There were 78 groups through a five-bed­room house in Re­gentville, which sold for $1.352 mil­lion.

The prop­erty at 20 Gibbes St, sold to a fam­ily from Pen­rith, who were look­ing for a knock­down but fell in love with the house.

An­drew Reeves of One Agency Reeves Prop­er­ties sold the house with El­iz­a­beth Spanos and said that the lo­ca­tion and lay­out were its big­gest sell­ing fac­tors.

Re­gentville has recorded a num­ber of $1 mil­lion sales in the past few months, Mr Reeves added.
