Cho­co­late banana cream

Prepa­ra­tion: 10 min­utes Cook­ing: 10 min­utes Serves: 4 In­gre­di­ents 100g dark cook­ing cho­co­late 1 cup cream 3 large ripe bananas Grated cho­co­late for dec­o­ra­tion

Method Melt cho­co­late in a bowl over a pan of hot wa­ter. Re­move from heat and al­low cho­co­late to cool slightly. Whisk cream un­til stiff peaks form. Be care­ful not to over­whip. Puree bananas un­til very smooth. Fold cho­co­late and then cream into mashed bananas. Di­vide banana mix­ture be­tween 4 glasses. Sprin­kle with grated cho­co­late. Tip: Use frozen bananas for an ex­tra creamy re­sult.
