Chocolate banana cream
Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 10 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 100g dark cooking chocolate 1 cup cream 3 large ripe bananas Grated chocolate for decoration
Method Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water. Remove from heat and allow chocolate to cool slightly. Whisk cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip. Puree bananas until very smooth. Fold chocolate and then cream into mashed bananas. Divide banana mixture between 4 glasses. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Tip: Use frozen bananas for an extra creamy result.
