Join open day fun
Wickham Recreation Precinct is celebrating its first birthday with a community open day on Saturday, October 17.
Head along from 8-10am and try out the launch of Les Mills classes at the Community Hall, including RPM, GRIT, PUMP and Sh’Bam.
Entry to these classes will be free and children, aged 0-9 years, can be pre-booked into the Come and Try play program session in the Amenities Building between 8-10am while you exercise.
The qualified WRP staff have planned activities to cater for all but places are limited and children must be enrolled to attend.
Pool entry will be free from 9am until noon with prizes and giveaways, an aqua run and pool games.
Local sports clubs are fundraising with barbecue-style breakfasts and the health and wellness stalls, and the CSSU kids play zone will keep everyone entertained.
