Coastal jewel to sparkle in our pages
The Pilbara News has welcomed Exmouth into the fold this week, with the town now added to our distribution area. Shire of Exmouth president Turk Shales said “the jewel of the Pilbara” was looking forward to being included in the popular newspaper.
Readers may have noticed a few changes to the Pilbara News in recent weeks, with stories from Exmouth appearing in our pages.
There’s a good reason — we are thrilled to reveal Exmouth has been brought to the fold and residents will be able to get their hands on the Pilbara’s favourite paper each week.
It means we will now be distributing 10,380 copies of the paper each week. The boost is great news for both advertisers and readers, who will have an even bigger range of news and views to enjoy.
We’ll be covering local politics, social occasions, education, business, sport and fishing from Exmouth with the same passion and dedication we have given to news from Karratha, Tom Price, Roebourne, Dampier, Paraburdoo, Onslow, Pannawonica, Point Samson and Wickham for many years.
We believe regional newspapers fulfil an essential role in our communities, and we are always looking for feedback as to how we can serve you better.
So be vocal, come and talk to us and let us know what kind of news you’d like to read.
