Seems we still don’t want to work in hos­pi­tal­ity, and it’s caus­ing prob­lems for tourism growth in re­gional WA. When the WA min­ing boom prices come down for ev­ery­thing in WA, maybe Aussies might be able to work back in re­gional WA hos­pi­tal­ity/tourism again.

The City of Kar­ratha has crit­i­cised WA Coun­try Health Ser­vices over a lack of con­sul­ta­tion and poor de­sign plans. Per­son­ally I don’t know why the cur­rent hos­pi­tal site wasn’t re­de­vel­oped and why we don’t have all the emer­gency ser­vices re­lo­cated to the cur­rent hos­pi­tal site? Would have made much more sense for a mul­ti­tude of rea­sons.
