Karratha’s top party spots had something for every resident to ring in 2016 on New Year’s Eve.

The Tambrey Tavern put on a classy White Party with a white dress theme to celebrate the new year.

More than 400 guests were treated to a full lighting and sound production from DJ OH, spot prizes, and a free glass of champagne for the first 100 women through the door.

Blanche Bar brought the fun with Karratha’s first Crap Music Rave Party.

Perth DJ and comedian Tomás Ford got the crowds up and dancing to some of the worst pop music ever made, including so-bad-they’re-good hits from the likes of MC Hammer, Take That, Savage Garden, Peter Andre and the Venga Boys.

Far more modern music was on show at ibis Styles’ electronic music extravaganza, organised by Pilbara party promotion company Distorted Noize. The night’s lineup of Futuristic, Beyond Tha Noize, Lacem Em Tight and DJ Baddz had guests dancing the night away until the new year countdown.
