Learn new com­puter skills at cour­ses

If you haven’t yet taken part in the com­puter train­ing on of­fer at the Kar­ratha Pub­lic Li­brary, now is your chance.

Train­ing in Mi­crosoft Word, 3-D Mod­els and De­sign in­clud­ing an in­tro­duc­tory in­for­ma­tion ses­sion, and Pow­er­Point, email and in­ter­net are tak­ing place dur­ing Jan­uary and Fe­bru­ary.

Cour­ses are spread over two or three ses­sions, so peo­ple can work at a pace at which they feel com­fort­able and have plenty of time to ask ques­tions. Spa­ces are lim­ited in each ses­sion, so book­ing sooner rather than later is rec­om­mended.

Each class costs just $5 to at­tend, pro­vided peo­ple have a li­brary mem­ber­ship. A li­brary card, pin num­ber and USB flash drive are re­quired.
