Chinese-style stir-fry with plums
Preparation: 5 minutes Cooking: 5 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients
6 plums, halved and stone removed 250g beef strips 3 cloves garlic, crushed 3cm ginger, grated 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp plum sauce
Heat oil in wok or frying pan over high heat. Cook beef until well-browned on both sides. Add garlic, ginger and bok choy. Stir fry until bok choy is just cooked, adding soy sauce when required. Add plums and plum sauce, and gently stir until plums are warmed through. Serve immediately with noodles or rice.
