Tasty peach and ham crispbreads
Preparation: 5 minutes Cooking: 5 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients
2 white peaches, cut into wedges 100g haloumi cheese 8 crispbreads 8 slices ham
Cut halloumi into thin slices. Place in a heated pan and cook until just golden on both sides. Remove from the pan. Top crispbreads with a slice of ham, a piece of baked halloumi and a slice of white peach.
