Have fun with a Road Chip
The road trip is a family pastime where anything can happen, and usually does.
This is especially so if you are a singing chipmunk.
For Alvin, Theodore and Simon, the stakes are raised when they think their life as they know it might be on the line, leading to a hilarious disaster from beginning to end.
Through a series of misunderstandings, the chipmunks come to believe their friend Dave is going to propose to his new girlfriend in Miami — and dump them.
They have three days to get to him and stop the proposal, and save themselves not only from losing Dave, but possibly from gaining a terrible stepbrother.
Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip screens at Moonrise Cinema on Saturday, January 30, at 7.30pm and is a great way to wrap up the school holidays. You can book your tickets online at www.moonrisecinema.com.au or give the City of Karratha events team a call on 9186 8666 and check out what else is coming up at the outdoor movie theatre over the next few weeks.
The Moonrise Cinema is located at the Pilbara Institute on Dampier Highway in Karratha and screens movies every Saturday night during the summer period.
