Lamb in spicy plum sauce

1⁄ cup spicy plum sauce

2 2 fresh plums, de­seeded and sliced

1⁄ cup lemon juice

4 1 tsp cumin 2 cups broc­coli flo­rets 1 cup bean shoots

Method Heat oil in wok or fry­ing pan over a high heat. Add onion and cap­sicum. Stir-fry for 1-2 min­utes. Re­move from pan. Add lamb. Stir-fry for 3-5 min­utes, or un­til lamb has browned. Do not al­low meat to boil in its juices. Add plum sauce, lemon juice, cumin and all the veg­eta­bles. Stir con­tin­u­ously for a fur­ther 4-5 min­utes. Serve with cooked rice or noo­dles.
