Lamb in spicy plum sauce

1⁄ cup spicy plum sauce
2 2 fresh plums, deseeded and sliced
1⁄ cup lemon juice
4 1 tsp cumin 2 cups broccoli florets 1 cup bean shoots
Method Heat oil in wok or frying pan over a high heat. Add onion and capsicum. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan. Add lamb. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until lamb has browned. Do not allow meat to boil in its juices. Add plum sauce, lemon juice, cumin and all the vegetables. Stir continuously for a further 4-5 minutes. Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
