Bar­be­cued Thai chicken burg­ers

Prepa­ra­tion: 10 min­utes Cook­ing: 10 min­utes Serves: 4 In­gre­di­ents 500g chicken mince

1⁄2 cup fresh bread­crumbs 2 cloves gar­lic, crushed 1 – 2 tsp green curry paste 1 egg, whisked Salt and pep­per to taste 1 tbsp oil 2 mini Turk­ish bread, halved 2 cups mixed let­tuce leaves 1 av­o­cado, sliced 1 tomato, sliced

Method Com­bine mince, bread­crumbs, gar­lic, curry paste, egg, salt and pep­per in a bowl. Mix well. Di­vide mix­ture into four pat­ties. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Cook pat­ties un­til golden and cooked through. Serve pat­ties on toasted Turk­ish bread with salad leaves, sliced av­o­cado and tomato.
