Barbecued Thai chicken burgers
Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 10 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 500g chicken mince
1⁄2 cup fresh breadcrumbs 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 – 2 tsp green curry paste 1 egg, whisked Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp oil 2 mini Turkish bread, halved 2 cups mixed lettuce leaves 1 avocado, sliced 1 tomato, sliced
Method Combine mince, breadcrumbs, garlic, curry paste, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Divide mixture into four patties. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Cook patties until golden and cooked through. Serve patties on toasted Turkish bread with salad leaves, sliced avocado and tomato.
