Peach and raspberry crush
Preparation: 30 minutes
Cooking: nil Serves: 4 Ingredients 5 medium peaches, peeled, stones removed 1 cup tinned or frozen raspberries 2 cups crushed ice Juice of 1 lemon
Method Place peaches and raspberries into the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Place fruit and ice into a blender with lemon juice. Blend for about 10 seconds.
