Cook­ing: nil Serves: 4 In­gre­di­ents 5 medium peaches, peeled, stones re­moved 1 cup tinned or frozen rasp­ber­ries 2 cups crushed ice Juice of 1 lemon

Method Place peaches and rasp­ber­ries into the freezer for at least 30 min­utes. Place fruit and ice into a blender with lemon juice. Blend for about 10 sec­onds.
