Cook­ing: nil Serves: 6 In­gre­di­ents 2 av­o­ca­dos, large,

1⁄2 cup sour cream juice and rind of 1⁄2 lime or lemon ½ green chilli, finely diced Salt and pep­per to taste

Method To make the dress­ing, cut the av­o­cado in half, re­move the seed and, us­ing a spoon, scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Dice and blend all in­gre­di­ents un­til smooth and creamy. Serve over sal­ads or boiled pota­toes.
