1⁄2 cup sour cream juice and rind of 1⁄2 lime or lemon ½ green chilli, finely diced Salt and pepper to taste
Method To make the dressing, cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and, using a spoon, scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Dice and blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve over salads or boiled potatoes.
