Passionfruit sauce: 1 cup light sour cream Pulp of 3 - 4 passionfruit 2 tbsp honey
Method Place fruit in a large bowl. Combine orange liqueur and wine. Pour over fruit. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least two hours. To make passionfruit sauce, combine all sauce ingredients. Place in a serving bowl. Cover. Chill. Divide marinated fruit evenly into eight portions. Thread eight bamboo skewers with fruit. Place skewered fruit on a large platter. Serve with bowl of chilled passionfruit sauce.
