Cook­ing: - Serves: 4 In­gre­di­ents 1 cup red seed­less grapes 1 cup white seed­less grapes 2 peaches, sliced 2 plums, sliced 1 pun­net straw­ber­ries, hulled 1⁄4 rock­melon, cubed 1⁄4 cup or­ange liqueur 1⁄2 cup sweet white wine

Pas­sion­fruit sauce: 1 cup light sour cream Pulp of 3 - 4 pas­sion­fruit 2 tbsp honey

Method Place fruit in a large bowl. Com­bine or­ange liqueur and wine. Pour over fruit. Leave to mar­i­nate in the fridge for at least two hours. To make pas­sion­fruit sauce, com­bine all sauce in­gre­di­ents. Place in a serv­ing bowl. Cover. Chill. Di­vide mar­i­nated fruit evenly into eight por­tions. Thread eight bam­boo skew­ers with fruit. Place skew­ered fruit on a large plat­ter. Serve with bowl of chilled pas­sion­fruit sauce.
