face-off

Pilbara News - - Opinion -

The public seemed quite unimpressed by the recommendations handed down by the Northern Australia Insurance Premiums Taskforce Report this month.

I lived in the Pilbara in the 1970s and the insurance premiums were an issue then. So are they actually going to address this or just talk about it to try and get votes?

Christine Brown

How about, instead of the government bending over every time a multinational bank or insurance companies want to roger the Australian public, they grow a pair and regulate the industry?

Rex Widerstrom

What a crock. Everything built where we are has good ratings. Newer builds however are just having a cell within the house which is cyclone proof to save money ... Vicious cycle.
