Pilbara News - - Lifestyle -

Do you know that not-for-profit community groups can apply for a free computer through the City of Karratha’s Computers for Communities initiative?

The scheme aims to assist any local not-for-profit clubs and community groups by donating computers no longer required by the City.

Dozens of late-model machines that are still suitable for the light office tasks and web browsing required by many of the City’s local community associations are available.

Any not-for-profit art, sport or community group or association operating in the City may apply for computers through the initiative.

Applications close at 4pm on Friday, March 25.

Guidelines and application forms are available at www.karratha.wa.gov.au.

For more information, contact the 9186 8555 or email enquiries@karratha.wa.gov.au.
