Five clubs hit the spot in round two

Week two of the Kar­ratha Dampier Men’s Darts As­so­ci­a­tion was played over two venues, the Kar­ratha Rec Club and the Dampier Mer­maid Ho­tel.

At the Rec Club, the Man­grove Jacks hosted the Pythons and went down 3-6.

The Wizards were up against the Tigers and were beaten 3-6, while in the last game of the night, the Chalkies over­came the Magic 5-4.

At the Mer­maid Ho­tel in Dam- pier, the Is­lan­ders hosted the Roe­bourne War­riors and came out on top 5-4 with three 180s thrown in the match.

Across the room, the Ex­ports and the Iron Men, both one player short, put on an en­ter­tain­ing game with the Iron Men even­tu­ally win­ning 5-3.

The over­all highest peg for the night across both venues was D. Hayes with a 120 and the highest av­er­age was 68.9 by T. Say­lor.

A. Pratt, R. Bee­ton, J. Craw­ford and J. Lit­tle all scored 180s.
