Regular contributor Diane Bartlett sent in this stunning black-and-white image of Cape Lambert with the following words. “I love photography, as you can tell. I have joined the Red Dirt Camera Club and we have certain themes … at the moment the theme is leading lines,” she said. “I’m struggling with the enormity of the landscape and I’m trying to teach myself perspective. I’m spending time up in the Roebourne area because of the history, and trying to take good black-and-white images (which I find hard to do). Black-and-white photography is so different to colour and to get high contrast, I find is even harder. So I’m practising.”
