3D printing at the library
The City of Karratha libraries will be running free craft sessions these April school holidays.
Head along to your closest library on April 14 and 21 for a morning of creative fun.
From 10.30am on Thursday, April 14, you will be crafting beautiful birdhouses, and the following week making wind-chimes which are fantastic decorations for the backyard.
These craft sessions are free to attend but registrations are essential as spaces are limited.
For more information and to book your child’s place, head into your local library or email firstname.lastname@example.org .gov.au.
The Karratha Library will also be holding two 3D printed jewellery-making sessions on April 13 and 20, from 9.30am-10.30am and two 3D models and design sessions on April 15 and 22. Each of these sessions are $5.50 each child and bookings are essential.
For more information about 3D printing and to book a space, contact Gloria Preston on 9186 8660 or email Gloria. email@example.com. gov.au.
The City of Karratha libraries also now boast a brand new online catalogue making it easy to see which books, DVDs and magazines are available to borrow from home.
You can also use the catalogue to reserve and renew loans, manage your account and stay up-to-date with the latest library event information.
